Solidutch B.V., operating under the trade name Mepholife<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. General<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This Return & Withdrawal Policy applies to all purchases made by consumers via the webshop
www.mepholife.com<\/a><\/strong> of Solidutch B.V., operating under the trade name Mepholife.<\/p>\n

This policy constitutes a further elaboration of the right of withdrawal as laid down in the General Terms and Conditions of Solidutch B.V. In the event of any inconsistency, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.<\/p>\n

2. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n

2.1 Statutory cooling-off period<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receipt of the product.
The cooling-off period starts on the day after the product has been received by the consumer or by a representative designated in advance by the consumer.<\/p>\n

2.2 Careful handling during the cooling-off period<\/strong><\/h4>\n

During the cooling-off period, the consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with due care.
The consumer may only handle and inspect the product in the same manner as would be permitted in a physical store.<\/p>\n
